User Agreement

Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using BizLedger Pro, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
BizLedger Pro is designed for independent workers and small-business owners who need a practical record of money in, money out, and miles driven—without turning bookkeeping into a second job. Features may change as we improve the product, and some functionality may depend on your device, region, operating system, or third-party services.
Accounts and cloud services
You may use email and password, Apple, or Google to access an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for information entered under your account. Cloud synchronization and backup depend on Firebase, connectivity, available storage, and compatible app versions. Synchronization and restoration are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, so you should keep any independent records or exports your business requires.
Mileage and location
Automatic mileage tracking is optional and requires precise location permission, including background location where supported. When you start tracking, location may continue to be accessed while the app is minimized or the screen is off so the trip can be measured. You are responsible for starting and stopping trips appropriately, reviewing every mileage record, and complying with laws and employer or client policies. GPS, device, battery, permission, and network conditions can make mileage estimates incomplete or inaccurate. Manual entry is available without background location.
Receipts, OCR, and AI assistance
Receipt scanning, optical character recognition, category suggestions, summaries, and other AI-assisted output are convenience tools. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review receipts, dates, amounts, categories, mileage, calculations, reports, exports, and AI output before relying on them. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or information that is unnecessary or highly sensitive.
Seven-day Pro preview
Eligible accounts may receive one seven-day Pro preview. Eligibility, duration, and feature availability may be tied to your account and may not reset when you reinstall the app, change devices, or use another platform. The preview may end automatically at the close of the stated period. Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, the preview is separate from an App Store or Google Play paid subscription and does not itself create an automatic charge.
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchases
Paid features may be offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and available plans are shown in the applicable App Store or Google Play purchase screen and may vary by platform or region. Subscriptions renew and are charged by the store unless canceled through the store before renewal under its rules. Deleting the app or your BizLedger account does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase provides access to the then-supported lifetime tier for the purchasing store account; it does not guarantee that every feature or third-party service will remain available forever. Restores, refunds, billing, renewals, cancellations, family sharing, and revoked purchases are governed by the applicable store. Cross-platform recognition may require the purchase to be verified and linked to the same BizLedger account.
Notifications, backups, and exports
Reminders and notifications may be delayed or not delivered because of device settings or platform services and should not be your only means of meeting tax, filing, or business deadlines. You are responsible for safeguarding exported reports and backup files, checking imports, and controlling where those files are stored or shared.
Account deletion
You may request or initiate account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is generally permanent and may remove cloud-synced information that cannot be recovered. It does not remove local files or backups under your control and does not cancel store subscriptions. We may retain limited records when required for law, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or enforcement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account and device, maintaining appropriate backups, and using the product lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the product to harm or defraud others.
No professional advice
BizLedger Pro is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when advice is needed.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, email or phone verification, AI providers, iCloud, or other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may also apply. Nirmita Technologies is not responsible for services controlled by those providers.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, or evolve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BizLedger Pro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nirmita Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the product.
Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, comply with law, or secure the service.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. The effective date above identifies the current version.
